Store and restaurant-bought veggie burgers are often far unhealthier than you would expect. Processing, oil, butters, deep fried onions, mayonnaise and other dressings all make an otherwise healthy burger bad for you. If you are going to eat out then go easy on the cheese and try your best to only have fresh (uncooked) vegetables atop your burger.
