3. Don’t Eat Processed Meat
Any processed meats, from hot dogs to salami, have gotten bad attention throughout the recent years, especially within the research for cancer. Many studies show the link between cancer and processed meat with a higher rate when it comes to colorectal cancer.
The American Institute of Cancer Research said even by eating a hot dog each day (or fifty grams from processed meats), the risk for colorectal cancer raises by twenty-one percent. These are full of synthetic chemicals, carcinogens and preservatives that are toxic. Choose grass-fed and fresh meat instead.
